ABOUT
I studied massage under the redwood canopy of northern California. The foundation of my work is a gift from my teachers there: listen deeply to honor and support the body's innate movement towards balance and ease.
I have been in practice since 2007, expanding my skill and refining my craft.I have been a NYS licensed Massage Therapist since 2013.
In a session I offer my undivided attention to your goals and needs. I practice a mix of Deep Tissue and Swedish massage and tailor my work to suit you.
SERVICES & PRICING
I offer sixty, seventy-five, and ninety-minute sessions at The Ascend Center in Cold Spring on Mondays Wednesdays and Sundays.
Prenatal clients are very welcome

The Ascend Center is located in the historic Skybaby Building at 75 Main Street in Cold Spring. Enter from the side street - Rock Street - through the colorful double wooden doors.
