ABOUT
I studied massage under the redwood canopy of northern California. The foundation of my work is a gift from my teachers there: listen deeply to honor and support the body's innate movement towards balance and ease.

I have been in practice since 2007, expanding my skill and refining my craft.I have been a NYS licensed Massage Therapist since 2013.
​
In a session I offer my undivided attention to your goals and needs. I practice a mix of Deep Tissue and Swedish massage and tailor my work to suit you.

I offer sixty and ninety-minute sessions at The Ascend Center in Cold Spring on Mondays Wednesdays and Sundays.
Sixty Minutes $120
Ninety Minutes $165

The Ascend Center is located in the historic Skybaby Building at 75 Main Street in Cold Spring. Enter from the side street - Rock Street - through the colorful doorway.
I am fully vaccinated. The space is prepared according to CDC cleaning and safety standards ahead of each session. We have a HEPA portable air cleaner in place.
